In the case of an itinerant surf course, the student remains under the responsibility of the instructor during the round trip. Personal effects left in the truck or on the beach are the responsibility of the owner.

ARTICLE 4: INSURANCE

Island Surf School and its instructors certify that they have taken out third party liability insurance covering the risks related to their business with Groupama Assurance. All persons enrolled in the surf school will be covered during school hours by their professional insurance in the event that the instructor’s liability is called into question. If the instructor is not responsible, an individual accident is not expected. All these terms and conditions are described in the contract provided by the structure.
